The WiFi on my wife's Samsung S5 stopped working suddenly two days back. It will not turn on. There have been no updates or major software changes on the phones on the day when the wifi stopped working. I have tried the following so far:
1. Reset Settings
2. Safe Mode Boot
None of these worked. The Verizon store guys asked to perform a factory reset. I am unsure if that would be of any help. The phone's warranty is up. Please help.
