How to fix the error "unfortunately has stopped"?

I did a factory reset on my samsung galaxy s3, and since then the "unfortunately has stopped" message started popping up.

I deleted the cache partition from the system recovery (twice), I did a factory reset 3 times more, and still, when I turn the phone on, I get the same error.

It pop ups every single second.

What can I do?
